The album-book "Journey to Bread" - the seventh issue of the series "Cultural Heritage of Belarus" - introduces the richest "bread" history and traditions of our country, beliefs and rites of our ancestors, peculiarities of baking in different regions and interesting people who today revive unique traditions before our eyes.
The publication shows the world of bread production: from the leavened dough and bread shovel to modern bakeries, as well as offering proven ancient and modern recipes for making and baking bread at home.
