Relationships between the Development Bank and Children's Home No.7 “Sem' Ya” were established in 2013. This children’s home is a social educational establishment providing for upbringing and supporting of orphans and children without parental care.
Presently, 88 students live in 9 mixed-age groups-families: 12 children attend pre-school institutions, and 72 children study at school.
One of the priority areas of the children’s home functioning is transferring children to family-type upbringing.
