The tender selection of applicants applying for loans from the Development Bank for the implementation of investment projects for the construction and reconstruction of commercial dairy farms has been completed. Nine organizations were recognized as winners of the tender, to which the Development Bank plans to issue loans in the amount of 181.9 million Belarusian rubles to implement investment projects.
According to the decision of the tender commission, the three applicants who scored the highest number of points based on the results of the integral assessment were recognized as winners. Thus, financial resources in the amount of 87.9 million rubles will be allocated for the reconstruction of the commercial dairy complex “Mikelevshchina” for 777 dairy cows and building of a milking and dairy unit near the agricultural town of Mikelevshchina, Mosty district (UE “Grodnooblgaz”), reconstruction of the commercial dairy farm “Psyshchevo”(JSC “Psyshchevo Agro”), construction of the commercial dairy farm for 1000 heads of milking herd in the branch of “Agrofirm named after Lebedev” (RUE “Gomelenergo”).
Additionally, by decision of the tender commission, six more applicants with total lending volume of 94 million rubles were recognized as winners of the tender: JSC “Ignatichi” with the investment project “Construction of the commercial dairy complex “Kotyagi” for 900 heads of dairy herd near the village of Kotyagi, Minsk region”, State Enterprise “Neverovichi” with the investment project “Commercial dairy farm for 777 heads near the agricultural town of Yubileiny in Volkovysk district”, State Enterprise “State Farm “Bolshoe Mozheikovo” with the investment project “Construction of a cowshed building, milking and dairy unit and two silage and haylage trenches on the territory of the farm “Ogorodniki” near the agrotown Bolshoye Mozheikovo, Shchuchin district”, Unitary Enterprise “PIK-Lesnoye” with the investment project “Construction of the commercial dairy complex near the village Pesochnoe, Kopyl district”, JSC “Kroshyn” with the investment project “Construction of the commercial dairy complex for 1197 cows in the village of Podleseiki, Baranovichi district", as well as UE “Agro-Korotkovichi” with the investment project “Reconstruction of the commercial dairy farm No. 2 in the agricultural town of Korotkovichi, Zhlobin district.”
The Development Bank has been financing the construction of commercial dairy farms on a competitive basis since 2015. If necessary, the bank advises on the preparation of a package of documents for obtaining investment loans.
