The Development Bank gave a festive mood to the pupils of orphanage No. 7 “SemYa”.
By the existing tradition, on the eve of New Year holidays Chairman of the Management Board of the Development Bank Sergei Roumas visited the sponsored orphanage No.7 “SemYa" in Minsk.
The Chairman of the Management Board congratulated children on the incoming New Year and Christmas. This year they got sweet New Year gifts from the Development Bank.
The children showed the audience the New Year's concert, the program of which consisted of talented theatre numbers.
As Chairman of the Management Board Sergei Roumas noted: "The campaign "Our Children" is a great opportunity to gift a New Year's miracle to the children. In the future, the Development Bank will continue to attach a great importance to the development of a social responsibility and opportunity to take an active position in the life of the younger generation".
Cooperation between the Development Bank and orphanage No. 7 "SemYa" started in 2013. This children’s home is a socio-educational institution providing education and maintenance of orphans and the children left without a parental care.
The Development Bank for the third time supported holding of the national New Year charity action "Our Children". Heads of the republican state bodies, local executive and administrative bodies, corporations, banks and associations attend child care centers to congratulate the children on Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and give presents.
