Expanding the boundaries of cooperation. The Development Bank and NCLI discussed promising areas of cooperation

Representatives of the Development Bank, led by First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Roman Brodov, visited the National Center of Legal Information on a working visit.

The management and employees of the NCLI told their colleagues in details about the specifics of the center’s activities and the main areas of work. Special attention was paid to the system of disseminating legal information, technologies for its recording, systematization, processing and updating, as well as the scientific and practical activities of the center.

In addition, Development Bank employees became familiar with the procedure for the official publication of legal acts, the possibilities of creating data banks of local legal acts and their use as part of state information and legal resources.

Representatives of the Development Bank and NCLI also discussed priority areas of cooperation. As a result of the dialogue, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Development Bank Roman Brodov and NCLI Director Andrei Matelsky signed an agreement granting the right to bank employees to use the center’s databases and information retrieval systems.

Roman Brodov thanked for the meaningful meeting, noted the importance of developing effective communication between the two organizations in the field of legal informatization and expressed hope for fruitful interaction.

“We are pleased to note that our cooperation has already moved into the practical field. One of the main success factors is teamwork. I am convinced that the signing of the agreement will be the beginning of serious and long-term joint work, the results of which will benefit not only our organizations, but also the state,” said the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Development Bank.

In turn, Andrei Matelsky assured his colleague that with the help of the NCLI the Development Bank would be provided with official and reliable information and invited representatives of the Development Bank to express opinions on the work of legal resources in order to improve them.
