The Russian rating agency “Expert RA” on March 27, 2023 assigned a credit rating to JSC "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" at the level "byAAA" according to the national scale of the Republic of Belarus, the rating outlook is “stable”. Also, according to the national rating scale of the Russian Federation, the creditworthiness rating was assigned at the level of “ruA-”, rating outlook – “stable”.
Additional factors of financial stability of the Development Bank are capital adequacy and profitability, asset quality, as well as a strong liquidity position.
"Expert RA" is the largest Russian rating agency with more than 25 years of history. The agency is included in the register of credit rating agencies of the Bank of Russia. The agency is also on the lists of independent verifiers of green and social bonds of the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA), Moscow Stock Exchange and VEB.RF. The agency's ratings are included in the lists of official requirements for banks, insurers, pension funds and issuers. As of January 1, 2022, the agency maintained more than 700 credit ratings.
