Development Bank Management Took Part in Ceremony of Spiritual Revival Awards

On January 12, 2021 the Chairman of the Management Board of the Development Bank Andrey Zhishkevich and Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board Natalia Yasinskaya participated in the ceremony of presenting Spiritual Revival Awards, a special prize to art luminaries, and Belarusian Sports Olympus awards.
The Spiritual Revival Award-2020 is granted by the President of the Republic of Belarus for restoration of Turov Cross of 12th-13th centuries. The award is conferred on the team comprising a member of Belarusian Artists’ Association Elena Andryushchenko, Deputy Head of the Main Department of Public Special Cultural Events and Professional Art – Head of the Professional Art Department of the Ministry of Culture, Chairperson of Synodic Department of Belarusian Orthodox Church for church art, architecture and restoration Maria Netsvetaeva and Director of ALC “Zolotoy Platan” Oleg Ermolovich.
The reconstruction of the Turov Diocese cross of 12th-13th centuries was concluded in September 2020. Two identical crosses were made in accordance with medieval technologies – for Turov Diocese and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. The financial support required for this project was granted by the Development Bank.
