Development Bank allocated more than 320 million rubles to support SME in 2023
For many years, the Development Bank has been implementing a program of financial support to small and medium-sized enterprises. It provides both loans and financial lease (leasing) for the implementation of projects at different stages of business development. Since the beginning of the program, more than 8 thousand projects have been financed, their total value is about 2.5 billion rubles.
In 2023, the Development Bank financed over 950 SME projects, allocating more than 320 million rubles, and also launched a new loan product “Promcooperation”, which has already demonstrated its relevance.
Today, the Development Bank hosted a traditional event - summing up the results of work to support SMEs. In addition to representatives of partner banks and leasing organizations, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Naumovich and Director of the Republican Fund for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship Tatyana Bykova came to sum up the results of 2023 in one of the key areas of the Development Bank's activities.
Welcoming the guests, Roman Brodov, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Development Bank, noted that people - the most important thing in any business, and it depends on them how high-quality and successful the result will be.
"Thanks to joint efforts, this year we have carried out significant work on financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises and managed to achieve the planned indicators and tasks set by the state. The business entities with which we work are very important for the economy of the republic. The Head of State and the Government have outlined very ambitious goals for the development and increase of the share of SMEs in the economy of Belarus. What we are doing with you is a very important work that does not go unnoticed and contributes to the implementation of this task," Roman Brodov said.
The First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Development Bank also congratulated the attendees on the upcoming New Year, wished them success, new victories and achievements.

LLC “ASB Leasing” - the best leasing organization;
JSC “Bank BelVEB” - the best result in terms of the loan product “Promcooperation”.
