The Development Bank Management Board is a collective executive body responsible for managing the current operations of the Development Bank. the Management Board reports to the General Shareholders’ Meeting and the Supervisory Board of the Development Bank and arranges the fulfillment of resolutions of these bodies.
The Management Board is headed by the Chairman of the Management Board appointed by the Supervisory Board of the Development Bank.Other members of the Management Board are elected by the Supervisory Board. The Management Board consists of the Chairman, his Deputies and heads of the key structural units of the Development Bank.
The activities of the Management Board are planned every quarter, as a rule the meetings are held weekly and only by personal attendance.
The competence of the Management Board is regulated by the Articles of Association of the Development Bank. The activities of the Management Board and the procedures regulating its work are governed by the Articles of Association and local regulatory legal acts of the Development Bank.
