With the support of the Development Bank and the Minsk City Executive Committee in Minsk, the 15th International Youth Football Tournament Development Cup - 2019 was held for the prizes of the Belarusian Football Federation(ABFF) and the Minsk City Executive Committee. The victory at the tournament was won by the youth football team of Belarus.
The Development Bank expanded the product line of the program of financial support for small and medium-sized businesses and launched a new product designed for SMEs that are engaged in solving social problems - “Support for social entrepreneurship”.
The Development Bank team took part in the XI Republican branch Games of the Belarusian trade union of banking and financial workers.

In the Gomel region, the V Republican Winter Games of employees of the Bank for Development of the Republic of Belarus took place on the territory of the sanatorium Zolotye Peski. In the team event the team of the Bank’s Gomel branch became the winner.
During the 42nd annual meeting of the Association of Financial Institutions for Development in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP), the Development Bank was awarded the “Infrastructure Development Initiative, which improved the country's transport infrastructure and created conditions for the development of other industries and deeper integration of the country's economy in world economy."

With the assistance of the Development Bank, the XV Belarusian Student Juridical Tournament was held at the Belarusian State University, which brought together the best students from leading educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus.
In Vitebsk, the opening of a socially significant urban infrastructure object “Clinic in the YG-7A microdistrict” was held, the construction of which was carried out using the resources of the Development Bank.
The fourth book-album “Belarusian Treasures of UNESCO” of the social project of the Development Bank “Cultural Heritage of Belarus” was awarded the 1st degree diploma in the special nomination “For contribution to the preservation of the spiritual heritage” of the national competition “The Art of the Book”.

The Development Bank and the Banque Ouest Africaine de Développement (West African Development Bank) signed an agreement on a new credit line of the Development Bank to finance Belarusian exports to countries in the region of West Africa.
The Development Bank was awarded the diploma "Patron of Culture of Belarus 2018".

Development Bank and the Eurasian Development Bank signed an agreement on cooperation in the support to export from the Republic of Belarus with an aim of raising finance on special terms for purchase of goods, works and services produced by the residents of the Republic of Belarus.
The product range of the program of financial support to small and medium-sized enterprises of the Development Bank was supplemented with two new products: “Support to the southeastern regions and Orsha”, “Support for manufacturers of environmentally friendly packaging”

The Development Bank signed basic loan agreements to provide Asaka Joint-Stock Commercial Bank and Uzpromstroybank OJSCB credit lines to finance export deliveries of Belarusian goods to Uzbek consumers.

With support from Development Bank and Zubr Capital the largest amateur tennis tournament “Development Capital” was held in Belarus.
Development Bank signed an individual loan agreement with the Ministry of Finance of Mongolia, according to which the Development Bank shall provide export loan for delivery of Belarusian firefighting equipment manufactured by POZHSNAB LLC to the State Agency for Emergency Situations of Mongolia.
The Head of State signed a Decree amending the current mandate of the Development Bank. In accordance with the adopted amendments, the list of the main goals of the Development Bank has been expanded.
